Can I upload my own artwork to the website? TOP

No. We already have a broad selection of pre-made designs ready to fit our customers' needs.

Do you print anything on the back of the card? TOP

The backs of our cards come with a design continuing the one on the front and with our logo tastefully placed. If you would like to request for it to be blank, or would like to add your own logo, please make sure you send us a special request email.

Do you need my credit card information before I see a digital proof of my project? TOP

Yes. We do not work on orders, unless we receive an order placement notification. 

Can I order just the design and print the wording myself at home? TOP

Our digital products are printed on a high-quality four color Indigo Digital Press. The emailed proof is not press ready so we do not suggest printing our digital products on any commercial or home printers, since the quality will be affected.

I would like to re-order a previously placed order, how can I do it? TOP

Go to the Contact Us tab, and send us your full name complete with previous order number. You will be contacted by one of our representatives, and they will help you place your order.

Help! I am not receiving emails from Invitations Factory! TOP

If you already placed your order, and haven’t received a confirmation email, check your spam mailbox. If you still don’t have anything from us, contact us so we can provide you with your order number and we can resend the email confirmation.

I cannot open the artwork file. TOP

We send the files in Mac & Windows compatible formats. If you have problems opening the files, contact us so we can help you with this issue.

Can I call to submit my proof approval by phone? TOP

Unfortunately, we cannot accept verbal approvals for proofs. Please submit your approval by replying to the received email.

Am I able to make changes to my order once I send the approval email? TOP

Once you approve your proof, your order is sent directly to our printing department. Changes and cancellations cannot be made once your order is approved.

Can I cancel my order? TOP

We are not able to cancel orders once they are placed.

Can I order envelopes separately? TOP

Yes, you can. Contact us to place your order.

Can I order a different quantity than the ones offered online? TOP

No.

Do all of your orders come with envelopes? TOP

Yes. All of our orders come with white envelopes (unless noted otherwise).
